Stayed in Dali for a few days on the lead up to Christmas, at the Dragonfly, with Joe, Derek and Brian the owners and Adrian a British guy id met in Tiger Leaping Gorge. Just chilled, caught up on net time, managed to wipe my ipod and then full it back up with a load of random music. Watched a few DVDs and also went up into hills above Dali, this time with Adrian so did the walk right he way along the mountainside, took a whole afternoon and was a nice walk.
Christmas dinner was wicked, heaps of people, ate loads and loads till I fell asleep, woke up about 1pm and went to check out the action but everyone had had the same idea except for a couple of hardy souls including Adrian, who got so trashed he thought the corner of our dorm was a toilet so had a piss there, was pretty funny he didn't remember till I showed him the puddle.
All in all a great few days cheers to the Dragonfly and to the Mexicans, Adrian and Rob and his girlfriend for making it a good few days.
