Suez

Stayed a night here on a transit stop between Luxor and Dahab on the Sinai Pen. Arrived at about 2am in the morning and got fucked around by a taxi driver , ended up in a shitty hotel. The next morning went for a wander and checked out the canal and watched the big, big ships glide past, was pretty cool as the canal is pretty thin and in the back ground is sanddunes. The people around town were friendly too. We got a few stares as well. Not really a tourist town. The Bus to Sharm went under the canal through a tunnel which was heavily guarded by the army.
