Krabi

Stayed in Ao Nang a bustling beach strip 20km from Krabi town, the beach itself is average but theres plenty to do in the surrounding area and everyone is eager to take you. Visited the Tiger cave temple again this time with Hayden, climbed the 1276 steps was overcast so was not totally killer. Spectacular views of the Karst stacks surrounding the temple, with good views out to sea past Krabi town as well. A storm rolled in while we were on top as well, watched it roll over the landscape until it hit us and we had to take shelter. Ended up riding home in the rain.

Did a 4 island tour in a long tail boat the next day, was good, got a bit burnt though. Had a nice snorkel, kicked back on the beach and took in some nice scenery, and jumped off 6m into 2m of water all in all a great trip for 350B ($15NZ).

Hired bikes today and went for a random spin out into the countryside, before heading back and watching the test match vs the Aussies, go the All blacks :D. Had to get a flat tire fixed on my bike, 100B later all good, went for another ride in the arvo out to Tha Pom a fresh water swimming spot was nice but a bit crowded.

We are off to Ko Pee Pee tomorrow.
