Petra and Wadi Musa

Petra is a stunning ancient Nabatean city carved into massive rock walls in canyons and valley near the township of Wadi Musa in Jordan. The entrance to the city is along the siq which is a 1.2km canyon that enters into the city at the Treasury a massive Facade carved into the rock face.
Spent 2 days exploring Petra, the best parts for me were the high places were you can look down at the city, the ruins and the surrounds which are very scenic. The site is up there with anything ive seen in Egypt. Lots of roman ruins as well with a long columned street and a couple of temples. Did alot of walking and climbing around the site.
