To fill in the gaps I spent 5 weeks in Iran checking out the sights, which are very diverse from the deserts around Yadz and Kerman to the Islands and humid head around Bandar Abbas on the Persian gulf.
From Iran I flew to Sharja which is right next to Dubai in the UAE where I caught up with James G and from there we flew to Nepal where we spent 6 weeks mostly trekking in the Himalayas.
Now we are in India, have been here for 5 days and have until mid February here before we move to S.E Asia to continue our travels.
